First, you can find them under the Posts tab:
Once you have the categories the way you want them, next we need to add these categories to the articles you have. So you should go into Posts > All Posts
Then you will see a list of all your articles. Choose a category that you want to add articles to, let’s say “stuttering”. Go through the page and put a check next to articles that you want to add the category “stuttering” to. (If you’re not sure, try searching the articles in the box at the top right.
Then choose the category you want to add and click the blue “update” button.
It’s a common mistake to use too many tags. Too many tags dilute your message. Check your tags the same way you checked your categories under Posts > Tags. Any Tags that have no articles connected with them should be deleted. Any tags that are the same as your Category names should be deleted.
To delete the tags in bulk, you’ll want to go to Posts > Tags and check off the ones you want to delete. Then use the Bulk Actions drop down at the top to select Delete and then click Apply. When you do this, the tags will be automatically deleted from your posts.
Does this make sense? If not, let’s do a screenshare training so that we can correct your Categories & Tags together and you can see how to fix them the next time.
